As Director of Support Services, Eric uses over fourteen years of technical and business experience to ensure that services provided by ACC are performed in a timely manner with quality and detail. The operation and growth of any networked environment is based on integration and compatability provided through attention to the technical details.
Eric hold a Bachelors degree in Information Technology as well as certifications from CompTIA (A+), Novell (CNE), Microsoft (MCP) and Timesips (TCC). In addition to an overall expertise in networking technologies, Eric has developed computer-specific skill sets in the areas of law office automation, hotel management, and healthcare.
