From there, we’ll schedule a convenient time to assess your network, review your existing IT setup, and identify opportunities to improve performance, security, and reliability.

Our consultations are designed to give you a clear, actionable plan tailored to your business goals, with no obligation to move forward.

My network is down, what should I do?

If you’re an existing ACCTEK client and your network is down, call our help desk immediately at 315-484-4500 (Option 1).

Provide as much detail as possible about the outage and how it impacts your business so we can prioritize your case.

If you’re not yet a client, contact our sales team at 315-484-4500 (Option 3) for expedited support. Our engineers act quickly to minimize downtime, restore connectivity, and get your business operations back on track.

We believe our data has been compromised, what should we do?

If you suspect your data has been compromised, immediate action is critical. Start by disconnecting affected systems from the network to prevent further spread. Quick response reduces damage, helps protect sensitive information, and ensures your business can get back to normal operations as soon as possible.

Notify your internal stakeholders and record details of the incident. Contact ACC Technical Services immediately to investigate, contain the threat, and begin recovery efforts.
