About the role:


If you are great at building customer relationships, have experience interacting and selling among Central New York business, are organized, motivated, and want to grow professionally, then we would like to talk to you! You will join a high energy and successful sales team to work with our growing network of existing and new clients.


This role includes on-site meetings with clients to review technology recommendations, priorities, and future budgetary planning. You will also provide general sales support with a variety of account management and customer-facing duties and related tasks in a professional office environment for ongoing client support and networking projects.


What it is not:


Our sales team works closely together and is engaged on all clients. You will not be provided a list of clients to be managed or prospects to call. Instead, you will work within the CRM to notate when you work with a client, and next steps that should be taken. ACC’s focus is on growing our relationships with existing clients first to make sure needs are met and projects completed, with a continued effort on qualifying and obtaining new clients.


Daily Responsibilities:


  • Working closely with existing clients regarding network status and project updates
  • Answering phone calls and entering tickets/activities as needed
  • Responding and coordinating resources to resolve client concerns
  • Utilizing the CRM system to maintain accurate information
  • Vendor certification and training
  • Quote and follow-up on quotes sent by phone and email
  • Meeting with new client prospect to:
  • Review current network status and required updates
  • Discuss network pain points and monitoring needs


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1-4 years’ experience in technology-related account management and/or customer service
  • Experience with CRM or contact management software
  • Familiarity working with Central New York businesses
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Teams
  • Professional business demeanor
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills


Compensation:


Job hours and type: 

  • Full-time
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Work location:

  • 6400 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057
  • Option to work remote based on management approval

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly salary
