You will work with a highly skilled, certified top-notch team who provides remote and onsite technical support for a range of cloud services/servers/endpoints, network devices, and applications of our well-established and expanding client base.

 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:


Within the first 45 days and ongoing:


  • Learn ACC’s mission, core values, policies, services and meet internal team members learning how their role interacts with each department.


  • Learn and become comfortable with the technologies & tools utilized with clients including the Microsoft Platform, M365 security, Microsoft Intune, Azure AD (Active Directory), Azure network, Azure architecture, etc.

  • Within 1 week, start working on client environments and learn how to best utilize our current tools, procedures and familiarize yourself with ACC’s processes and procedures.

  • Build relationships and trust with clients by asking questions about their business, personal goals, and business aspirations.

  • As project work is identified and approved, attends initial project kickoff meetings with the vCIO, Modern Architect, and Project Manager as the environment expert.

Only those candidates who have track records in providing support for different systems—including but not limited to Windows client and server operating systems, Office 365 and Azure services, Active Directory, firewall/switch/security appliances, backup, endpoint protection tools, and line of business applications—and demonstrate an aptitude to learn and apply complex technical and theoretical information will be considered.

EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ total years of technical experience required; working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment or enterprise environment preferred

  • 2+ years demonstrated experience working with the Microsoft Platform at an intermediate to advanced level required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related degree preferred

  • MD-100 or MD-101 certification a plus

  • Intermediate knowledge of wired and wireless network configurations required

  • Proven understanding of cyber security measures, such as multi-factor authentication, Cloud App security, data loss prevention, end point protections, Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory and other remote management and automation tools required

  • Working experience in managing Azure network, Azure architecture, Azure sentinel, a plus

  • Experience & understanding of Microsoft PowerBI and Microsoft Power Apps

  • Demonstrated experience trouble shooting M365 security including cloud app security, data protection, data loss protection, or information protection a plus
